Our help lines are active and you can get good information from other members who have agreed to extend HelpLineService. Calls concerning commercial software packages should be limited to those you have purchased. Please do not call about copied software for which you have no documentation.

Before calling an expert, or for more generalized questions, you should also consider using our email list for assistance.
